No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.
We accept payment by Credit and Debit Cards on our website.
The payments are taken at the point of ordering and will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.
We remain the owners of the goods until they have been paid for in full.
We can retrieve and resell any goods that are not paid for in respect of any transaction with you.
When buying an item, you agree that that are responsible for reading the full description before purchasing the product.
Our web site is secure for our customers to buy on line.
We do not store any of your card details as any payments made are done directly on the payment processors own site.
When placing an order over the Internet your payment details are transmitted over a secure encrypted network connection.This provides personal protection and is only retained for the time necessary to process the current transaction.
Card payments are processed online using a valid credit or debit card.
Your credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is you making the order.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

While we endeavor to ensure that our pictures are a true representation of the relevant items, we cannot guarantee the quality of your monitor or the resolution being used. Because the products are handmade, colours may vary slightly due to being handmade in small batches.
Please make sure you choose correct delivery address when ordering, as it cannot be amended once the order has been placed.
Once your order has been placed you should receive an order acknowledgement, providing you specified a valid email address at the time of placing your order. If you think you have not received an e-mail please check your SPAM folder in the email address used when placing your order.
Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us. Orders can only be classed as accepted by us once they have been delivered. In the unlikely event that your order contained items that were incorrectly priced by us we reserve the right to adjust your order when it is received by us.
We will endeavor to notify you of this prior to the order being adjusted.

Once we have accepted an order it cannot be cancelled unless this is agreed with us first.

We will then give you instructions on how to return the order back to us.
Any returns require a proof of posting when sending them back.
RETURNS: Requested by customers due to change of mind, must have return of postage paid by the customer and must be in perfect condition with all original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted. Any returns due to change of mind the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost. Any refused parcels by the customer will incur a £5.95 fee upon return of the parcel to us for the return postage cost/admin fee which will be deducted from the refund amount due back to the customer. Any parcels that are posted back to us (postage paid by customer) will just have order value refunded, minus original postage. We do this to cover our costs of sending and returning items that help us to keep our items competitive. The above will not be charged if we have mistakenly sent you the wrong items as we will cover the postage to you and from you if we have to recover the items that we wrongly sent to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Any addresses that are incorrect once sent out, ( wrong postcodes, missing house numbers / road names, etc ) that means the courier cannot deliver the parcel, will if these are returned to us, will have original postage deducted, plus return postage that we get charged and a re-labling fee of 55p that the couriers charge to relabel the parcel back to us, so a fee of £5.95 per parcel will be deducted from the total order value.
Any parcels refused by the customer or that have 3 delivery attempts made on them, but no one has been in to take delivery and that are returned to us by the Courier will incur a postage charge of £5.95 for the admin and initial postage cost we paid in sending the products out and the return postage cost as well. A refund will be issued upon the return of the order minus the £5.95 charge.
We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged, when returning items to us they must reach be unopened and unused and in perfect condition.
We will dispatch orders within 1 working days.
Every effort is made to deliver the goods within a maximum of 10 working days, so please allow enough time for your order to arrive, before contacting us to chase your order.
We dispatch using Parcelhub who are a third party parcel company who use Hermes parcel company
Any order sent through Hermes courier will do 3 attempted deliveries.
NOT ALL COURIERS LEAVE CARDS, so an attempted delivery will not always mean that a card is left.
The couriers do not get paid however if they do not deliver, so it is in their interest to deliver the parcel.
It is advisable if you have ordered and know a delivery will be coming to make arrangements for someone to be at home, or leave a note of where the parcel could be left.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED OR DAMAGED
All orders will take the following for delivery.
Hermes (also known as myhermes) will take 1-5 working days
We can request further details from Hermes regarding the delivery once past the 5th working day.
Any customer who maintains non receipt of the order that is showing as delivered will be required to fill out and sign a Hermes Declaration form for non receipt of goods and email a copy to us prior to us being able to offer either a replacement or a refund, as this is a requirement by Hermes. Failure to do so will result in non refund or replacement of items.
In the unlikely event we are unable to supply you with the goods ordered with 28 days, we will inform you and give you the option of waiting for the next batch to be ready to send or cancelling the order and having a refund issued.
Any goods sent out by us will be done in perfect condition at the time it leaves us.
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt to any faults with your products/order.
You must inform us before 21 days that you have not received your item as we only have a 30 days limit to make a claim with the courier. We cannot refund any items that are reported to us after the 30 days.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS UPON DELIVERY
Upon receipt of your order please notify us within 48 hours if there are any incorrect items in your order or if your order is damaged via email.
Please keep hold of all packaging, labels and contents received as picture proof will be required .
PLEASE NOTE: Small pieces that may have broken off during transit on any wax melt will NOT be classed as damaged and are not returnable for a refund, as wax melts are broken up to melt on a burner for there natural usage so the broken pieces are not defect and can still be melted and the scent is not affected by this.
